INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT PIÑATA'S

Piñatas are a party game that originated hundreds of years ago.  The Piñata is attached to the end of a rope and hung from a beam or tree branch.  Blindfolded partygoers take turns trying to hit the Piñata with a stick - note that the person holding the other end of the rope can pull the Piñata out of reach!  When the Piñata breaks open, all the treats inside it fall to the ground and everyone scrambles around to try and pick up as much as possible.
